About

Cloak Conjury sells cloaks at events, and creates custom dreamcloaks for individuals. Please come see us at one of the events we are selling at, or send us a message to begin the custom process!

Cloak Conjury is run by Gray Fisher, and occasionally a few friends, who are known as “Conjurers”

Gray made their first cloak in 2002, and has been making fabric art for even longer. Gray has been immersed in costume making and hand-dyeing methods since childhood, thanks to their family. Those early interests have grown to become an integral part of their art making process. Graduating with a degree in Printmaking in 2011, they relocated to Philadelphia the same year to pursue creative and community interests. In 2018 they moved to the woods of Vermont, pursuing a lifelong dream of becoming a deep woods witch.

When not making cloaks, Gray can be found exploring with friends, singing and drumming, making art, cultivating an immense edible and herbal garden, and cooking elaborate meals. They also enjoy learning from and teaching methods of exploring conflict within communities. Gray loves exploring this with new people and communities- so drop a line if you want to talk conflict! Gray is also affiliated with a number of communities, particularly the Radical Faeries and the Reclaiming Witches- where you might have caught them chopping carrots or learning a new song.
